WHO IS IT FOR?
Our Shoutout! Advocates can offer independent advice and support to young people with an education, health, and care plan (EHCP) who live in Bath and North East Somerset.
WHAT IS OUR ROLE?
We provide information and support to young people with education, health, and care plans around the time of transitions and in year 11.
We help young people to talk to professionals about their aspirations and access the help and support they need to achieve their goals.
