MORE ABOUT YOUR OTR

Your OTR is a group of young people aged 18-28 who take the lead on shaping and improving Off the Record.

Off The Record strives to be a youth-led organisation, and so we want to make sure young people’s voices are at the heart of everything that we do. It’s a great chance to improve your skills and confidence, and a fab thing to put on your CV!

Your OTR meets once every two months to:

  • Discuss what is important for young people right now

  • Make suggestions for how Off The Record can improve its services for young people

  • Take part in interviews for new Off The Record staff

  • Meet with Off The Record trustees
